Wraparound Care

We recognise that extra-curricular activities are a vital element in any successful school, expanding horizons and creating an atmosphere of friendship and co-operation. Here, after the school day has finished, we have numerous clubs and activities for children of every age to enjoy. Clubs include tennis, golf, judo, football, cricket and rugby, drama, street dance, gymnastics, horse riding, pottery and art and benefit from the presence of talented and experience external coaches.

Preparatory children may stay to do prep under the supervision of a member of staff from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Breakfast club runs for children over 3 years old from 7.20am for parents needing to drop off their children early.

We have an After School Club which provides care for those children whose parents are unable to collect them at the end of the formal school day. The children are given ‘Little Tea’ and can then play with toys, read or play outside if the weather permits.

The After School Club finishes at 5.30pm and those children who have not been signed out by their parents or carer are escorted to ‘Big Tea’ in the dining room where the boarding staff take care of them until collected.

The Sports Adventure Stars (S.A.S.) and Minis Holiday Camps operate throughout most of the school holidays and provide care for children aged 3- 13 years from 8.00am to 6.00pm. www.sportsadventurestars.co.uk - Call 0845 680 6749
