Wraparound Care

We recognise that extra-curricular activities are a vital element in any successful school, expanding horizons and creating an atmosphere of friendship and co-operation. Here, after the school day has finished, we have numerous clubs and activities for children of every age to enjoy.

Clubs include tennis, judo, football, cricket and hockey, chess, drama, dance, gymnastics, craft, art, pottery and reading and benefit from the presence of talented and experienced external coaches.

We have an After School Club which provides care for those children whose parents are unable to collect them at the end of the formal school day. The children are given ‘Little Tea’ and can then play with toys, read or play outside if the weather permits.
The After School Club finishes at 5.30pm and those children who have not been signed out by their parents or carer are escorted to ‘Big Tea’ in the dining room where the boarding staff take care of them until collected.

The Tree House Holiday Club operates throughout the holidays and provides care for children from 8.00am to 6.00pm and is open to external children as well as Boundary Oak pupils.
